Before We Arrive

If your home contains significant clutter, excessive buildup, or has not been professionally cleaned in the last 30 days, we kindly ask that it be tidied before our arrival.

Should additional service time be required due to these conditions, an extra fee may apply.

In such cases, our office will promptly contact you to discuss the situation and confirm any necessary adjustments before proceeding.

Once We Arrive

If we find upon arrival that the home’s condition requires services beyond the original booking scope — such as extensive decluttering, heavy buildup, or organizing — we will pause the service and contact you immediately.

Any additional time or fees will be discussed and approved by you prior to resuming the work, ensuring full transparency and your comfort with the updated service plan.
